Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that earrings and final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different style.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
